REVIEW: SINEGAL
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
"This cloudy, deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Sinegal opens with a shy red licorice and black plum bouquet with hints of tea rose and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity.
The wonderful mouthfeel is balanced, round and super smooth. The flavor profile is delicious gentle cassis and black cherry blend with notes of cedar, stony minerality and blackberry. We also detected hints of vanilla and black tea. The finish is dry, and its well-managed tannins build-up and for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this excellent Cab with a porterhouse steak or with Roy’s rib roast. Enjoy" – KWGTP
